ViewRay® to Participate in Upcoming Conferences

CLEVELAND, February 22, 2017 — ViewRay, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRAY) announced today that Chris Raanes, Chief Executive Officer, and Ajay Bansal, Chief Financial Officer, are scheduled to participate in two upcoming investor conferences.
The first conference is the 2017 BTIG Medical Technology, Life Science and Diagnostic Tools Conference in Snowbird, Utah from February 28, 2017 through March 2, 2017. This conference will allow institutional investors to meet with the Company but does not include a formal presentation. BTIG’s annual conference brings together over 70 leading healthcare companies with institutional investor clients.

The second conference is the Cowen and Company 37th Annual Health Care Conference in Boston, MA. This conference includes a formal presentation and will allow institutional investors to meet with the Company.
